Question 1

Q: What is Reiki, and what should I do before, during, and after a session at Tranquil Balance Healing Modality?

Accepted Answer

A: Reiki is an AMAZING, gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing by harmonizing the body's energy flow. At Tranquil Balance Healing Modality , Reiki sessions are designed to balance your energies and EMBRACE tranquility through skilled hands-on or hands-off techniques. Before your session, it's recommended to wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals or caffeine to allow your body to be SUPER receptive to the energy. During the session, you can remain fully clothed and RELAX either sitting or lying down while the practitioner works to channel healing energy to areas of imbalance. After the session, it is BENEFICIAL to drink plenty of water to help flush out any released toxins and take time to rest and reflect on any feelings or sensations experienced. Following these guidelines ensures you gain the MAXIMUM benefit from your Reiki experience at Tranquil Balance Healing Modality.

Question 2

Q: What should I eat before a Reiki session at Tranquil Balance Healing Modality and how much?

Accepted Answer

A: Before attending a Reiki session at Tranquil Balance Healing Modality it is best to eat a light, balanced meal to support your body’s receptivity and comfort during energy healing. Opt for easily digestible foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, or a small portion of lean protein about 1 to 2 hours prior to your appointment. Avoid heavy, greasy, or excessively rich meals that can lead to sluggishness or discomfort. Eating moderately ensures your energy remains steady and your body stays relaxed, allowing you to fully benefit from the harmonizing and tranquil effects of the Reiki session. Drinking water before and after the session is also encouraged to maintain hydration and assist in energy flow.

Question 3

Q: Can I talk during a distant or in-person Reiki session at Tranquil Balance Hea, and is it acceptable for others to be present or for me to use my phone or answer the door during the session?

Accepted Answer

A: At Tranquil Balance Healing Modality maintaining a peaceful and focused environment is essential for the effectiveness of both distant and in-person Reiki sessions. While brief communication before or after the session is encouraged to share intentions or experiences, talking during the session itself is generally discouraged, as it can disrupt the flow of energy and the meditative atmosphere. We recommend that others are not present during your session to ensure your privacy and to preserve an uninterrupted healing environment. Additionally, it is best to avoid using your phone, answering the door, or engaging in other distractions during the session to fully receive the benefits of Reiki and support deep relaxation and balance. If an unavoidable interruption occurs, simply inform your practitioner beforehand so accommodations can be made. This approach helps Tranquil Balance Healing Modality harmonize energies effectively while honoring your unique healing process.
